The work within.
The rise beyond.

who we are

We’re a women-led coaching and development practice creating honest, grounded spaces for real growth. Verdera supports women and the teams they lead in moving beyond survival mode, returning to their truth, and rising with courage and compassion.

what we do

We guide individuals through meaningful inner work paired with practical accountability. Through coaching, team development, facilitated retreats, and community building, we make growth both human and sustainable — no perfection, no performance.

who we serve

We support those who are strong on the outside but carrying too much on the inside — achievers, leaders, rebuilders, and those who are healing old wounds. If you’re ready for growth rooted in truth, you’re in the right place.

1:1 coaching

Clarity. Courage.
Your next level.

Our one-on-one coaching is for individuals at any stage of life who want to understand what’s holding them back—and change it.

Our coaching method focuses on identifying the patterns shaping how you think, respond, and make decisions, then tracing those patterns to their root causes. From there, we provide practical tools and a supported space to apply new approaches in real situations, not just talk about them.

This is personalized, judgment-free coaching designed to help you interrupt limiting patterns, practice different ways of operating, and create lasting growth.

group development

Honesty. Trust.
Real team cohesion.

We help women-led groups and teams improve how they work together through highly interactive, customized development sessions and facilitated retreats.

Our sessions are not presentations delivered at a team. They are hands-on, facilitated working sessions built around the team’s specific behavioral tendencies and needs—strengthening communication, clarifying expectations, improving accountability, and addressing dynamics that limit performance. Participants are actively engaged in real conversation, practical exercises, and shared decision-making.

To ensure progress doesn’t stall, we reconvene the team four to eight weeks later for a focused follow-up session. This allows us to assess what’s working, identify roadblocks, and make course corrections so commitments turn into sustained change.

This is not one-and-done team building. It’s structured, supported work designed to improve how teams function day to day.

keynote presentations

Insight. Reflection.
Lasting impact.

We deliver keynote presentations that challenge how women—and the systems around them—understand leadership, voice, resilience, and psychological safety at work.

Our keynotes are not surface-level inspiration or generic thought leadership. They are grounded, trauma-informed explorations of real dynamics that women and the organizations and teams they lead navigate every day. Each keynote integrates behavioral insight, lived experience, and guided reflection to surface patterns that often go unnamed—and to offer more sustainable ways forward.

Designed to be both thoughtful and practical, these keynotes create meaningful shifts in awareness, language, and perspective. Our keynotes are purposeful, professionally delivered insight intended to spark reflection, conversation, and impact long after the session ends.
